Terms
CakeCut terms
These terms govern your use of CakeCut (formerly CloudCap), which is operated by Daniel Duma, including your content and payments.
Using CakeCut
Use CakeCut only with media and other material you have the right to process. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other accounts, or use the product for unlawful activity.
Your work
You remain responsible for the videos, captions, fonts, images, sounds, and other material you bring to a project. Third-party assets may carry separate license terms.
Plans and billing
Google Play handles Android in-app purchases, Apple handles iOS in-app purchases, and Stripe handles web purchases. The purchase screen shows the price, billing period and any offer before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the payment provider's terms. CakeCut verifies the purchase to provide the corresponding plan or credits.
Cancellation, refunds and deletion
Manage an Apple or Google Play subscription through that store's subscription settings. For a web subscription, use Account billing management or contact support. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Refund requests for store purchases follow that store's process; contact CakeCut about a web purchase. No particular refund outcome is guaranteed, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Changes and support
CakeCut may change features as the product develops. Material terms need reviewed notice before they take effect. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
